Approach

We employ a comprehensive and strategic Design Thinking approach focused on qualitative and quantitative aspects of teams within your potential or existing portfolio. Our process includes:

  • Evaluating the DNA (e.g., values, mission, and vision) of target organizations and crafting a strategy to enhance or change the company's existing cultural strengths to unlock new potentials for growth.

  • Gauging the level of employee alignment with the DNA and satisfaction, motivation, and commitment within the target organization.

  • Evaluating the leadership team's capabilities to harness cultural insights and propel positive change.

  • Employ a storytelling approach to assess the degree to which employees are working from their strengths or cast in the wrong role. Evaluate which seat changes or additions could accelerate growth.

  • Creation of the hidden organogram behind the organizational chart, and identification of the key (and sometimes surprising) influencers.

  • Identifying potential cultural risks that may impact integration and success

  • Assessing the inclusivity and diversity initiatives within the target organization.

  • Analyzing the organization's preparedness for cultural shifts and innovation in general and relating to the (potential) acquisition. Who will serve as a catalyst for change, and who will create hurdles to prevent change?
